About this event
In this presentation, you will learn the process of identifying and communicating your healthcare wishes in an advance directive. Kathleen Garces-Foley, Ph.D., director of the Coalition to Improve Advanced Care, will discuss preparing the document. You will also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a certified volunteer to discuss it.
