About this event
As the holidays and cold weather edge closer, we are all looking for ways to remain active while indoors. Come learn about the Lagree Method from Belmont's very own Lagree Fit Lab as they celebrate their 1 year anniversary: the machine, the method, the lab right here in Belmont where the strengthening happens.
