About this event

Support your heart health with free tools, reliable information, and guidance at the library.

The J. Lewis Crozer Library, in partnership with the American Heart Association and ChesPenn Health Services, offers convenient, community-based blood pressure monitoring and education.

Program Highlights

Borrow a Blood Pressure Monitor: Use your library card to check out an Omron 5 Series blood pressure monitor for use at home.

Meet with a Clinician: Attend monthly sessions to learn more about blood pressure, discuss heart disease risk factors, and connect with health care and community resources.

Check Your Blood Pressure at the Library: Use the American Heart Association self-check station anytime during regular library hours.

Access Helpful Resources: Explore materials in English and Spanish and learn how to take accurate blood pressure readings at home.

Whether you are checking your blood pressure for the first time or monitoring it regularly, this program provides practical support to help you understand your readings and make informed decisions about your health.
