Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering (BES) is partnered with the Bethlehem Area Public Library to provide a starting point for those at the library who are experiencing homelessness, risk of homelessness, or who need resources. Community Neighbors can complete intake for Coordinated Entry into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and will allow housing service providers to view their information and eligibility for housing services. Folks can also obtain information for local resources such as shelters, soup kitchens, mental health services, medical services, health insurance, benefits, and employment resources.
