About this event
Diwali is a celebration of light, family, and food, and no festival table is complete without something crisp and something sweet.
Join the Chef in Residence, Suman Shah for a celebratory class, where we'll explore the traditions behind the holiday and learn techniques for making a golden fried snack and a slow-cooked, spiced dessert from scratch.
You'll leave with the confidence to bring a little festive cooking into your own kitchen, whether or not you celebrate.
And any true celebration is complete with good company and friends.
