Join cheesemonger Kate Redin on a journey to demystify and democratize one of the world’s oldest, simplest and most nutritious foods: cheese! Get a taste of Connecticut’s dairy history and tips from a professional cheesemonger on selecting and serving cheese for your holiday gatherings.

Kate Redin owns New Curds on the Block, an all-American cheese shop in Oakville, Connecticut featuring cheeses made exclusively in the Northeast. She works directly with cheesemakers and farmers to source fresh, seasonal products. A Selection of cheeses will be available for purchase after the tasting.
