About this event

Roots of Resilience is a free, non-clinical wellness program custom-designed for Westchester County veterans. The program offers a supportive environment to engage & learn through hands-on horticultural activities, connect with fellow veterans, and experience the therapeutic benefits of nature. It will feature adaptive gardening, nature walks and reflection, nutritional education and wellness and mindfulness and pain management. Registration required at lasdonpublicgardens.org.
