Intro to Genealogy with Amanda Perrine

Want to learn where your family came from? Amanda Perrine will teach you how to start with yourself and move back through your family tree. Using a New York family as an example, you will practice filling out pedigree charts and family group sheets, look at census and vital records, and see how to use Ancestry.com (available free at the library!) There will also be a basic overview of what to do with DNA test results. There will be ample time at the end of the presentation for questions. Registration preferred.
