About this event
Adults can practice chair strength exercises using Craft & Hobby. Through guided instruction, participants will perform strength exercises that support fitness while learning how to access Craft & Hobby remotely to continue building healthy habits at home. Supplies are provided. Registration is required. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee registration. If space becomes available, an email notification will be sent.
