Celebrate Hispanic culture with live Latin music, traditional dancing, food trucks and family-friendly activities during the Hispanic American Festival in Gainesville. Enjoy salsa dance lessons, Zumba classes and a variety of food vendors throughout the afternoon. Tampa’s Koko Band takes the stage from 4 to 7 p.m., bringing live music and dancing to the celebration. The festival runs from noon to 8 p.m. and offers an opportunity for families and friends to gather, enjoy Latin American traditions and spend the day celebrating Hispanic heritage. Admission is free and open to the public.
