Doodling is an abstracted scribbling, sketching, or drawing of shapes and arrangements without a specific scheme. It is a creative, free-form method requiring no prior artistic training. Sometimes is done while listening to music or chilling, allowing your mind to enter a meditative "flow state" also known as "Gettting in the Zone".
