Belmont Nature Walk Series with the Master Naturalists

About this event

tarting in 2026, join certified Virginia Master Naturalists for a monthly guided walk exploring the natural and cultural landscapes of our region. Walks take place on the first Sunday of each month at 2:00 PM and are open to the public. Each walk focuses on environmental and ecological topics such as plant and animal identification, invasive species, habitat health, and water quality. When appropriate, walks also highlight the social and historical context of each site, offering a deeper understanding of how people and nature have shaped the land over time.
