The holiday season can be a particularly challenging time for individuals grieving the death of a loved one. Light Through Loss is a supportive educational workshop designed to provide participants with an opportunity to better understand their grief experience, explore and learn healthy coping strategies, and navigate the unique emotional challenges that may arise during the holidays.
The workshop is open to individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one and will be facilitated by professional bereavement counselors from Gulfside Healthcare Services. There is no cost to participate in this workshop. Registration is required. Please contact 727-845-5707.
