About this event
Come and sew at the Winter Garden Branch and bring your sewing projects. All the tools are here for you. Participants are required to bring their own materials. Machine sewing skills are required.
Bring your sewing projects to the Winter Garden Branch Library. Participants must bring all of the fabric, patterns, thread and notions (e.g. interfacing, zippers, etc.) needed for your project. We Have
Singer Heavy Duty Sewing Machines
Cutting mats, cutting tools, hand sewing needles, threaders are available for you to use.
Prerequisites to use a sewing machine: Sewing Class: Introduction to the Sewing Machine
OR
Participants must be able to wind a bobbin, thread a sewing machine, sew straight seams, read simple patterns and cut fabric with minimal assistance.

Age Requirements: Adults; for anyone from age 15-17, a guardian must sign a waiver and accompany the child
