SCI Volunteer Leaf Raking

About this event

Volunteers Needed to Rake Leaves for Woburn Seniors!

SCI is excited to announce that we are hosting our annual SCI Leaf Raking Volunteer Event on November 18! This event is devoted to helping Woburn Senior residents rake leaves through the assistance of volunteers. This year’s event is through SCI’s Leaders for Everyone’s Tomorrow (LET) Program and is in partnership with the Woburn Public Library.

SCI is seeking 50 volunteers of all ages to participate in this event and aid local Seniors throughout Woburn. Not only is this the perfect opportunity to serve as an active member of the community, but you can also earn school community service hours! Sign up today at bit.ly/SCI-volunteer .

The event will take place on Wednesday, November 18th. Volunteer check-in starts at 11:30AM at the Woburn Public Library Program Room, and volunteers will rake leaves at their assigned house until 2:30PM. From 3-4PM there will be a Pizza Party for Volunteers!
