Nutrition tips and tricks to manage your health!
Have you made a commitment to eating healthy this year? Have you been diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2 or pre-Diabetes?
Well join us as we chat with the staff from Holy Cross Health - Community Health and Well-Being Team!
They will teach us tricks and give us tips for healthy eating that will help us control blood sugar.
Each month, they prepare a yummy recipe during the program, for us to sample, and we get to take home the recipe!
One lucky attendee, who answers the quiz questions correctly, will receive a $25 gift card to be used to assist with your grocery needs!
