R.E.A.D. With Therapy Animals

About this event

Build reading skills and confidence with a friendly therapy animal! The R.E.A.D. (Reading Education Assistance Dogs) program, offered in partnership with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, gives children the opportunity to read aloud to a trained therapy dog or cat in a welcoming, supportive environment. Bring a favorite book or choose one from the library.

Register for a 15-minute time slot at the Northeast Branch Library information desk. A library waiver and TMH R.E.A.D. permission form are required.
