About this event

Meet up with other teens at Jacksonville Public Library for an exploration of horror filmmaking where every scream, shadow, and sinister twist is yours to create. Master practical effects with SFX makeup, test your reflexes in a rapid‑fire horror movie sound challenge, and roll for an original movie plot to create your own nightmarish movie poster inspired by our featured book How to Survive a Horror Movie by Scarlett Dunmore. (For ages 12–17)
