Learn the basics of finding edible foods in the wild from a skilled local forager.
Lifelong forager Odile Vidrine will show us how to identify and prepare edible fruits and mushrooms around the southeast, like persimmon and lion's mane! Patrons will also learn how, where, and when to look for forageables in their backyards and public lands.
