About this event

Whether you're supporting a loved one with memory loss or have brain health concerns of your own, join us for a casual conversation with others to share questions and experiences.

"Is this normal forgetfulness, or is this something else?"

"How do I handle difficult discussions with my dad about him continuing to drive and handle his own finances?"

"What can I do as a caregiver to prevent burnout, and how do I deal with the guilt when I just want a break?"

Come whether you're caring for someone, wondering about your own memory, or just want to understand what the changes of aging really look like. No slides, no lecture, just an hour to talk and ask the questions you've been carrying. Conversation will be led by a member of the Beyond Dementia Coalition or the Alzheimer's Association.
