FLARE is a new musical in development about two mothers and next-door neighbors caught on opposite sides of a growing national conflict, and the fireflies that illuminate another way forward.

FLARE is gaining momentum in Columbia, SC as a grassroots musical, shaped by the support of nearly 100 donors and two community workshops. Below are photos from our most recent workshop in August 2026, led by NYC theatre director Mahayana Landowne.
