About this event

Attention Parents and Caregivers.... Block off your lunch hour to join us for a special Parent Lunch & Learn program just for you! You will have the opportunity to learn something new in a quick thirty-minute session led by Kris Hawkins, Parent Education Coordinator from Teen Health Connection, and then connect with other parents and caregivers. Parent Education improves mental health and well-being, improves parent-child interactions, and can increase social connections. Programs will cover the content as listed below.

November: From Power Struggles to Partnership: A More Effective Approach to Parenting Teens

Explore how different parenting styles show up during the teen years and how they impact behavior and relationships. Parents will learn how to move toward a more balanced, collaborative approach that sets clear expectations while also building trust and cooperation.

Details: Registration ends at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the program. A Zoom link will be sent to participants morning of the program.
