Teen Work Development & Education: English Conversations

About this event

Join Mountain Island Library staff welcomes all that want to practice and learn basic English skills for the workforce. This class will be held every 4th Monday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm and will be online.

The topic of this program changes each month. Please contact library staff for details.

June Topic-English Vocab and Essentials

July Topic -Introductions and Greetings

August Topic - Talking about yourself

September Topic - Questions: Why? Where? When? Who? What?

October- Asking for Directions & Following Directions

November Topic - Asking for Help and Safety

This program will be provided by Mountain Island Library staff and is recommended for teens aged 12 to 18.

How to Join an Online Program

This event takes place on Zoom. When registering, please provide an email address so you can receive the link to connect to the virtual Teen Work Development & Education meeting . You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the meeting.
