Whether you’re heading out for a short hike or a longer outdoor adventure, a little preparation can make a big difference when things don’t go as planned. Learn the basics of outdoor safety, including trip planning, what to carry, navigating unexpected situations, common hazards and injuries, and what to do if you become lost or need help. Program will be presented by Rebecca Craps of Forsyth County Cooperative Extensions
