About this event
Beginner Sourdough Class is a crash course for those wishing to dive into making a sourdough starter, with tips on how to care for it and a simple recipe to start. Patrons will leave with an active starter to get them started along with an instruction booklet and recipe. Registration opens Oct 23, Limit 24. Ages 19+ This program aligns with YCL’s food literacy framework, which addresses the ability to understand the impact of food choices on health, the environment, and the economy.
