About this event

Together, we'll explore stories that feature Black and Brown protagonists, celebrate diverse cultures and experiences, and reflect on how inclusive books help children develop a sense of identity, belonging, and understanding. Through conversation and shared learning, participants will discover the power of seeing themselves and others represented on the page. This welcoming program offers an opportunity for connection, reflection, and empowerment. Attendees will receive free books (while supplies last) and enjoy refreshments and arts and crafts.

1 hour. For ages 5-12 years. Registration is not required.
