The staff of the Upper Chesapeake Mobile Van work to promote wellness by sharing information on health topics, as well as making a range of preventative screenings accessible to the community. This month’s focus is on Blood Pressure Checks and Diabetes Risk Assessment . Testing for blood pressure, sleep disorder, body composition analysis, diabetes, and stroke are available free of charge.
