About this event
Hoping to adjust your approach to your health? Your creativity? Your relationships? Each month, work through chapters of the James Clear book, Atomic Habits , and come together at the library to discuss and focus on changing your own habits. Sessions start in September and go through May 2027. Registration includes a free copy of the book and working journal (you will be contacted via e-mail when these are available to pickup).
