About this event
In a world where it's easy to feel invisible or unheard, you’re not alone and your voice matters! Join Reparative Minds™ on Wednesdays after school for these courageous conversations. This will be your safe space to unwind, talk about anxious thoughts, and leave with some mental health tips. We’ll also play some games and have hands-on activities.
Open to teens in grades 7-12 who are overwhelmed, want help and are ready to overcome life challenges. Free food will be provided! Just drop in, no registration required.
