About this event
All your furry friends are invited to strut their stuff at the Westcott Neighborhood Association’s 5 th Annual Halloween Dog Parade. Meet up at the Petit parking lot and join the ½ mile procession around the neighborhood. Live music by Second Line Syracuse, a New Orleans style brass band, will be accompanying the walk. After the parade, return to the library for cider and doughnuts!
