About this event
As you age, your well-being and connections to the community are important. Understanding mental health and building resilience is vital to combating stress and loneliness. Come to Soule Branch Library on Friday, November 20 at 1pm to talk about mental health for older adults and get connected with local and national resources. Food and raffle prizes will be provided during the program. Registration is encouraged (so we can plan food accordingly).
If you have questions or need transportation to Soule Branch Library, please call the Aging Services Coalition of Greater Syracuse at (315) 449-3552 ext. 210, or email ASC@ifwcny.org . Age Well Days @ Soule are a collaboration between Soule Branch Library and The Aging Services Coalition (a project of Interfaith Works of CNY).
