Blurb Club

About this event

Hear about a book! Talk about the book you’re reading! Let’s get together and talk about a book! The Blurb Club @ Burbank is an informal book discussion for participants to talk about a book they are currently reading or have recently read, and get a chance to hear recommendations from other attendees. Every month we’ll loosely suggest a genre, but everyone is encouraged to attend regardless of what they’re reading. Sharing is encouraged but not required—the shy are welcome here! Blurb Club @ Burbank is hosted by Portland Public Library. Genre Recommendations: January 16: A Debut February 20: A Cozy March 20: History April 17: Climate Fiction May 15: Adventure July 17: First in a Series August 21: Dystopian September 18: Thriller October 16: Magical Realism November 20: Autofiction December 18: Gothic Romance
