About this event
Join us and solve real-world challenges by working directly with NASA and other Space Agency partner data during this two-day hackathon.
The NASA Space Apps Challenge offers opportunities for anyone with an interest in space and science to address real-world challenges through our annual hackathon and global community. The annual NASA Space Apps Challenge provides the opportunity to engage directly with NASA’s data, along with Space Agency Partner data. During the two-day hackathon, teams use this data to address challenges written by NASA Subject Matter Experts, featuring topics including storytelling, software development, astrophysics, space exploration, agriculture, and more.
Participants will form teams, choose from challenges developed around NASA missions and global issues, and spend the event turning ideas into creative solutions. You do not need to be an expert coder or engineer to participate. All ages, skill levels, and professional backgrounds are welcome. Solo registrants will pair up at the start of the event. Attendees should register for each session.
