About this event
An interactive Enneagram workshop designed for high schoolers and adults
This program is for adults and high schoolers navigating the stress, uncertainty, and transitions of early adulthood and beyond. Participants will explore how their Enneagram type shapes the way they respond to overwhelm, recognize the unique skills and strengths they bring to the table, and discover how self-awareness can help them move from simply surviving stressful times to growing through them.
An Enneagram is a self-assessment tool that outlines nine unique personalities. It can help you:
Recognize the core motivations and patterns that shape your personality
Develop greater emotional awareness and compassion for yourself and others
Understand how you “show up” in the workplace and in relationships
Navigate times of change or transition with more clarity and purpose
Led by certified Enneagram practitioners Katherine Touhey and Valentine Marie , this engaging, beginner-friendly workshop is designed for anyone curious about personal growth and how personality dynamics influence everyday life.
