About this event
Join conductor Tiffany Lu and the University of Florida Symphony Orchestra for a dream-inspired program at the Phillips Center. Violinist Aubree Oliverson brings expressive energy to Samuel Barber’s Violin Concerto, while Claude Debussy’s “Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun” evokes a world of myth and reverie. The evening culminates in Hector Berlioz’s “Symphonie Fantastique,” an emotionally charged orchestral work filled with imagination.
