Somatic Movement and Self-Expression Workshop with Toni Nagy

About this event

Connect with your body and creative instincts during New Earth Nights: Feral & Free, a somatic movement workshop led by comedian and movement practitioner Toni Nagy. Through guided movement, breathwork and creative exercises, participants are encouraged to examine familiar thought patterns, express emotions and reconnect with their sense of individuality. Nagy’s unconventional approach combines humor, physical expression and introspection in a welcoming environment where participants can engage at their own comfort level. The workshop emphasizes personal reflection, self-expression and the freedom to embrace different aspects of oneself through movement.
