About this event
This program is part of our regular "youth-led humanities" cooking program which began in October. Participants explore other cultures and periods in history through food. Each session teens gather to prepare and eat a light meal together from a different culture. In past years we've "visited" everywhere from Kenya to Venezuela to Ireland. You will not become an expert in any of it, but you will be exposed to many interesting things, learn some cooking techniques, and have fun with other students. Ages 13-17
