Pass the Plate! Recipe Swap and Cookbook Tour

Building a recipe collection to dazzle your guests? Do you like learning cozy, new dishes to share with friends? If the answer is yes, then help us ring in the Thanksgiving season with a potluck-style recipe swap and cookbook tour! Participants are asked to prepare a recipe at home and bring it to the potluck, along with a copy of their recipe. We will sample each other's creations and discuss the culture, histories, and memories attached to them! While noshing, guests can also enjoy a tour of the newest additions to the library's cookbook collection, presented by our very own cookbook curator, Stephanie Sklut! Stephanie will talk us through the hottest titles in the culinary world, and offer inspiration for diverse dishes to snazz up your Thanksgiving table. Registration is required. Participants are not obligated to cook a dish to attend, but we ask that those preparing dishes list what they will be bringing in the registration notes.
