Adult Zining Workshop - Tiny Origami Books
♡ Save keeps it in My GoToday · 📅 Calendar adds this date to your calendar
About this event
Join us for this special workshop where we will make origami books from upcycled security envelopes that are just a little larger than a postage stamp. We'll fold an accordion book, attach a miniature cover, and then add bits to each page to create a unique tiny zine. Registration encouraged since space and supplies are limited.
What's a zine? Pronounced "zeen", they are self-published by creators motivated to share knowledge, experiences, and opinions on a variety of topics. They can be any size and any length; they can be written, drawn or collaged; they empower the reader as well as the creator; they also never have to be shared with anyone else. Join our adult zining group to learn about zines, read a few, and try your hand at creating one or two - no "artistic" skills needed; all supplies provided.
