About this event
Build a Simple Plan You Can Use with Sheilisa McNeal
Turn the idea into a short, useful business plan. Participants will focus on the basics: the customer, the problem, the solution, how the business makes money, how it will reach customers, what it needs next, and how funding would be used. The goal is a plan that helps the founder take action and can later be expanded for grants, lenders, partners, or investors.
Payment is required at the door.
