About this event
Join the Western Connecticut Area Agency on Aging to learn about free programs and services available to older adults, adults with disabilities, and caregivers. Topics include Medicare counseling, benefits assistance, care planning, housing resources, in-home services, caregiver support, and community programs designed to help individuals remain independent in their homes and communities. There will be time for questions and resource materials will be provided.
