About this event

Anger is a natural human emotion, but how teenagers understand and express it can shape their relationships, choices, and future. This interactive workshop, part two of a program on anger management with Hamden resident and author Dave Wolffe, is geared toward adults who support adolescents. Attendees will receive hands-on and situation-oriented tips for helping teens deal with anger and emotional triggers. Drawing from years of experience, Dave Wolffe will demonstrate how to communicate effectively, how to resolve conflict in healthy ways and prevent violence.
