About this event
Join Mary Lou for a combination class of stretching, low impact cardio, and strength training with light weights (participants bring their own weights). Please Note: This is a 6-class session. Class will meet November 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11, 18, 2026 Fee is $60 and must be paid in full at time prior to the first lass. No refunds. Cash, check and credit card accepted. Priority to Manhasset Library cardholders.
