Our Journeys to America

About this event

Come and hear the stories of Tetyana Pavelo and Mohammad Daad Serweri. They will describe their pathways to citizenship and their resilience in the midst of war. Learn what we can do now to help dispel the myths and misinformation surrounding immigration in America. This event is organized by the Hamden Commission on Human Rights & Relations and IRIS (Integrated Refugee and Immigration Services) in cooperation with the Hamden Public Library.
