About this event
Grieving the death of a loved one is hard enough, but it can be especially challenging during the holiday season. This presentation will provide concrete education and strategies so that you can add to your toolbox as you navigate this overwhelming time. Anyone who has lost a loved one at any time is welcome to this presentation. Bring a notebook and writing tool as we'll share some prompts that you can use to further reflect. The presentation is an hour long with a 15-minute Q&A at the end of the presentation.
