About this event
Help the library build a community archive! We are collecting stories and memories from people who live in, work in, or have a connection with Farmington and Unionville. Do you have photos of events, places, or people you'd like to share on a public digital archive? Library staff and volunteers will scan your items and have you describe them. You get to keep your photo, and we'll input your submission to our My Town, My Story library on the CT Digital Archive. Your contribution will help preserve the story of the town for future generations. Community Archiving days happen on the first Saturday of the month (unless there's a holiday closure). Bring up to four (4) photographs to be scanned. You can also bring things like event flyers, programs, anything small and flat that can fit on a photo scanner. Reach out to the Local History Librarian with questions.
