Presented by Chocology Cost: $5 (nonrefundable) Supplies are limited to in-class participation only. Experience the rich and complex flavors of craft chocolate while learning about its journey from farm to bar. Explore the different varieties and intensities of chocolate, from white, to milk to dark. Open to all. Payment for this program can be made online with a credit card or you may register in person at Dix Hills or Melville Circulation with cash, check or credit card. This program will take place in-person at 55 Vanderbilt Parkway. Must be registered to attend.
