About this event
Join Suwannee River Area Health Education Center for this 2-hour class to help you quit using tobacco and nicotine products.
Join Suwannee River Area Health Education Center at the Hawthorne Branch on October 30 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. This program includes:
How to handle triggers to smoke, dip, or chew, such as stress
Specific ways to deal with cravings and withdrawal symptoms
Developing a personalized quit plan
Up to four FREE weeks of nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges), if medically appropriate for those 18 years of age or older.
