Central Maryland's Birds of Prey

About this event

Central Maryland is home to an impressive variety of birds of prey, including eagles, hawks, falcons, and owls. These powerful hunters act as nature's pest control, using incredible eyesight and sharp talons to keep local wildlife populations healthy and balanced. Mount Airy nature photographer Brian Smith will present an engaging, vibrant slideshow featuring many of the region's most fascinating species. He will discuss their habitats, tell some interesting facts, and answer your questions. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
