The Guild of Book Wyrms

About this event

Students in grades 3-5 are invited to join Ridgefield High School students to explore the book, Front Desk by Kelly Yang through a book chat, games and a craft! Together, we'll talk about the book while we snack, play a game and make a craft related to the book. This class will be led by RHS students. This is a dynamic session designed to grow readers and thinkers. Students in any stage of reading the book are encouraged to attend. Ask at the Children's Services desk to check out a copy of Front Desk the month before to read before the program. Registration is required and opens October 19, 2026. Late arrivals are welcome to join the program until 4:45pm. Programs like this are made possible in part by the generosity of our donors.
